![]() At level two, when the Red Buff is dead, the Nocturne player unlocks Shroud of Darkness & clears the Raptors camp. The Beginner Nocturne Jungle Path is perfect for players which aren't experienced in the most optimal jungle clearing tactics such as- pulling camp aggro as far as possible and finishing monsters with the jungle item's passive burn. This Nocturne Jungle Clear is currently the most popular Nocturne route because it ends at the river side with the outmost priority, allowing the player to gain vision over the Scuttler and ambush the enemy jungler if they facecheck the river brush.Lastly, Nocturne has to kill rift Scuttler the get the full clear done and it usually is not a problem as his clear speed is very quick, allowing him to be in time for the rift Scuttler spawn. Pathing to the Blue Buff side allows the player to clear Murk Wolves, the Blue Sentinel and Gromp which grant him level four. ![]() At this point the Nocturne is a force to be reckoned with and will win most duels. Once Krugs are dead, the Raptors camp is next and it grants Nocturne level three- unlocking Unspeakable Horror, his third skill. As Nocturne reaches level two, pro players tend to unlock Shroud of Darkness because it gives Nocturne a lot of bonus passive attack speed and they path towards the Krugs camp. The Nocturne player unlocks Duskbringer for his first ability as it deals considerable amounts of damage and boosts Nocturne's attack damage as long as he stands on the dusk path. The Pro Nocturne Jungle Path features a full jungle clear with a Red Buff start. The proper use of Shroud of Darkness can turn fights in your favor because it can be used to block a dangerous spell which could finish you off or cause a lot of CC.It also grants a substantial amount of bonus attack damage which increases Nocturne's damage to Turrets. Duskbringer's path grants bonus movement speed which can come in handy when you're chasing, or running from enemies. This can help your teammates to pick off a target, or run away if they're in immediate danger. Even if you're not in range to dash towards an enemy with Paranoia, it can still be worth to cast it in order to obstruct an enemy's vision and make them panic. Umbra Blades and Duskbringer allow Nocturne to farm jungle camps with ease while being an ever-present threat to all enemy lanes due to Paranoia. He doesn't really have many weaknesses other than a well coordinated enemy team. Nocturne is a great champion for climbing in SoloQ because of his incredibly strong spell kit which allows him to duel most enemy junglers, invade and gank as early as he reaches level three.
